CORNO DI ROSAZZO
The surrounding hills are rich in nutrients that facilitate viticulture, which is perhaps another reason why vines have been cultivated in the Corno di Rosazzo region since the Roman colonisation.
Immersed in the green landscape are several small votive churches with their simple architecture and precious frescoes that frame the Rosazzo Abbey, which towers over the landscape. The region is further enriched by the castle of Gramogliano, whose construction dates back to the 13th century, Villa “Torriani” from the same period, and Villa Nachini – Cabassi dating back to around 1720.
